How to set up an automatic invoice fetcher in Arua

When you have to login to a vendor portal / website to get invoices, Arua can help you automate that if you set up and configure an Invoice Fetcher.

Action needed:

1. Open Settings in the left sidebar and click on Invoice Fetcher

2. Click on Add New

3. The following popup will open up (please fill in all the fields):

This information is saved on a secure server.

Arua will now automatically fetch these invoices for you.

Email based 2-factor Authentication

Suppose you receive email notifications of new logins or authentication codes for these logins in a Fetcher-enabled portal. In that case, you MUST automatically forward these emails to fetcher@arua.co for the service to work.
