How to connect Arua to Microsoft365

The M365 link is used to set up a connection with SharePoint to download data for reporting and creating custom workflows. To link a M365 SharePoint to Arua you must be a "SharePoint Administrator" or a "Global Administrator" in your Microsoft tenant.  it is not enough to be an "Owner" of a SharePoint site.

Action needed:

1. Click on the Settings icon in the left sidebar

And select the Integrations tab


2.  Click on the Connect button next to the SharePoint logo

 3.  You will be redirected to the Microsoft login screen

4.  After the login you will be prompted to allow Arua access to all the data in SharePoint

5.  After the connection has been established, please select the account from the dropdown

6.  Now click on Sync to Arua to initiate the synchronisation of data.  Arua will save bank transactions, vendors and completeness overview from the date that the client started using Aura so this might take a while.  After syncing, Arua will update these files in real-time.
