How to customize the screens?

All the data in Arua is displayed in columns.  You can apply filters to find IDs or check for different vendor data.


A.  What can you do with the filters on the screens?



You will find a top menu of different filters applicable to the section you are in

The search field can be used to search for a specific ID, vendor name or reference on the document

If you click in the All times field you will get the following options

Here you can make use of the options on the right or type in how many days you would like to look at as well

The dropdown on the right-hand side offers more filters for the data displayed


B:  What can you do with the headings in Omni-view?


You can use the icon on the right to select which columns you would like to see.  Click on it to see your options.  Tick or untick as you please.


You can also change the order of the columns by clicking and holding it to drag it where you want it to be


Most of the headers can be used to order your data according to that information. The chevron indicates if it is in an ascending or descending order.


If you hover over the blue line in between the column headings, you can click and drag the column width bigger or smaller.  There are also tool tips to read on them
